Terms and Conditions


1. We accept no responsibility for guest failing to meet our tour schedules and no refund will be provided in the event of this occurring.

2. We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.

3. We reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary or use alternate wineries, vehicles and operators at our sole discretion where it is deemed necessary.

4. Smoking is not permitted on our vehicles or in winery/supplier buildings.

5. We are not obliged to refund the price of a cancelled booking unless the cancellation is within the cancellation guidelines as outlined within these terms and conditions

6. Drunken, disruptive an uncontrollable behaviour will not be tolerated at any time.

7. Wineries reserve the right to refuse entry and service to intoxicated persons.

8. No individual, group coordinator or key contact is responsible for any damage or theft inflicted by you or any member of your group while on a tour.

9. Any individual, group coordinator or key contact is required to pay a 50% deposit upon confirmation of booking.\

10. Any individual is required to pay for any reported damages, theft, however minor will be utilized to pay for relevant repairs, changes and associated costs.

11. Private, Corporate or Social Group bookings will require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the tour to be paid to secure your booking at least fourteen (14) days in advance of your tour date with the remaining 50% outstanding to be paid no later than seven (7) days before your tour.

12. Corporate, Social or Private Group bookings are also required to disclose at the time of booking if they are celebrating any special occasion. Example, Birthdays.

In the event of a cancellation the following policy will apply for all tours

  • More than Thirty (30) days prior to tour dates, $100 administration fee will apply. Seven (7) to Thirty (30) days prior to tour date, 50% of paid deposit will be forfeited.
  • Less than Twenty four (24) hours notice prior to tour start time, no refund will be given and money paid will be forfeited.
  • No legal liability will be accepted in the unlikely event of any person suffering an injury or accident as a participant of any tour conducted by Central West Getaway Tours or any other operators on our behalf.

All our tour bookings, reservations and participants of any type of tours operated by Central West Getaways or alternative operators, acknowledge that they have fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions prior to making a booking or reservation and that they are full acceptable and binding and form our agreement to accept you for travel on our tour.
